A clear, intentional journey from where you are
to where you want to be.

How a TPM journey unfolds

The Preston Method™ is not a drop-in experience. It is a responsive, progressive process — designed to meet you at your starting point and move you forward with intention, accountability, and ongoing support.

Every step in the journey has a purpose. Nothing is skipped. Nothing is assumed.

1

Assessment

Every TPM journey begins here — not with a full workout, not with a generic intake form, but with a real, structured evaluation of how your body is actually moving.

The TPM assessment looks at mobility, strength, coordination, balance, and neuromotor function — building a detailed picture of where your body is right now, what it needs, and where to begin.

This is not a test you pass or fail. It is the starting point for everything that follows — and in most cases, it is profound.

2

Your Program

From your assessment, a program is built specifically for you — drawing from the Elements that match your current readiness, your goals, and your life.

Your program is delivered in the way that suits you — printed on cards, as a one-pager, or accessed on your phone. Clear, simple, and designed to be followed with confidence. The weekly check-in keeps it honest and motivating — and saves valuable session time, because your coach already knows how your training went before you walk in the door.

No guesswork. No generic template. A plan that was built for your body, by someone who understands it.

3

Practice

This is where the work happens — consistently, progressively, and with full support.

Sessions are structured around your program and adjusted in real time based on how your body is responding. Nothing is set in stone. If life gets in the way, if something shifts, if your body needs something different — the program adapts.

There is no falling behind here. There is only where you are today, and what we do next.

4

Check In

Between sessions, your weekly workout check-in keeps the lines of communication open — tracking how your body is responding, flagging what felt hard, and ensuring your program stays consistent and on track.

How did your body feel? What went well? What was hard? Is anything shifting?

This is not busywork. It is the accountability structure that makes the difference between a program that lives on paper and one that actually changes your body. Consistency and adherence are built into the process — not left to willpower alone.

5

Reassessment

At regular intervals, we return to the assessment — measuring progress, identifying what has changed, and adjusting your program accordingly.

Reassessment is where the work becomes visible. It is where clients see, in concrete terms, how far they have come — and where the next phase of their journey begins.

This is a long game.

The Preston Method™ was not designed for quick fixes or short-term results. It was designed for people who want to move well, feel capable, and stay that way — for years, not weeks. And here is the truth: however long your body has been neglected, recovery is almost always faster than the neglect.

This method is built specifically to address the real barriers to lasting change — consistency, adherence, and motivation. Every small shift is noticed. Every milestone is celebrated. Because that is how real progress is made.

Life is not linear. Neither is your body. The Preston Method™ moves with you.
